Isaiah 25:1-4 KJV [1] O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. [2] For thou hast made of a city an heap; of a defenced city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built. [3] Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee. [4] For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

Yea LORD! We believe!

Only You, dear Lord Jesus! Be glorified!

Why I vote…because He expects us to take action. We must go round and round Jericho until the last Trump blasts.
Today I had the privilege of voting AGAINST a Muslim trying to get on the school board. Thank You Lord Jesus!

There are many prosperity ministries out there, that promote the idea that wealth and prosperity are equivalent to happiness. How tragic that so many follow those lies. Does the fault lie entirely with those wicked ones? Only in part. They would not sell many books or ideas if sheep didn’t want their ears tickled.

You are enough LORD!

The LORD succinctly states what marriage is in the following verses. It cannot be changed, no matter what laws are passed. The Supreme Court can miraculously find the right for “gay marriage” in the Constitution. But there is no right to these perverted unions anywhere in the Word of God.
Matthew 19:4-6 KJV [4] And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, [5] and said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? [6] Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
That nice gay couple next door, are living in open, sinful rebellion, no matter how nice they are. The more we compromise with the Devil, the more he will take.

It is often pointed out in Bible class, that only one leper, a Samaritan, came back to thank the LORD.
How about us? Do we give thanks at all times? There is plenty of whining and greed in the media lately. These all emulate their god, the god of this world. Satan is a whiner, a liar, a thief, and a murderer. All behaviors exhibited by our lost and sinful world. But truly, the church often does all these too…
Luke 17:12-16 KJV [12] And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: [13] and they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. [14] And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. [15] And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, [16] and fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. https://bible.com/bible/1/luk.17.12-16.KJV

If you don’t have Jesus, you don’t have anything. Zero. Not works, not wealth. Zip. Nada. Zilch.

Keeping this in mind is important so that we do not become puffed up.

Jesus Christ and His Word are our Manna. Totally sufficient to sustain us.
